Terms & Conditions


By booking Imn Entertainment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Booking & Payments

  • A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations within 28 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit (subject to reason).

  • The remaining balance must be settled in full before the commencement of the event

1a. Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve Bookings

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations for these dates will result in the loss of full payment.

1b. Payment Details

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer (from UK banks only) to:

  • Name:  Ian Norden

  • Account Number: 3101 8156

  • Sort Code: 04-06-05

  • Reference: <date of your event>

  • The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer, cash, or card on the day of the event.

  • Payment links can be set up on request, for a full or partial amount.

 

2. Safety & Equipment

  • If at any time our equipment or staff feel endangered, threatened, or at risk, we reserve the right to stop the performance immediately and leave the venue without notice or refund.

  • Imn Entertainment accepts no responsibility for any damage to the venue or injury to persons resulting from misuse of equipment by guests or venue staff.

 

3. Supervision of Children

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • We are not responsible for the supervision of children around our equipment.

  • If equipment is damaged by a child, the hirer will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

  • If children’s behaviour continues to endanger our equipment or themselves, we reserve the right to pause the event until the situation is resolved.

  • The hirer is liable for any loss or damage to our equipment during the event.

 

4. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos during the event (including the venue, dance floor, first dance, and crowd shots) for promotional use.

  • If you do not consent to this, please notify us before the event.

 

5. Access & Setup

  • We require a minimum of two hours of access to the venue before the start time for setup.

  • Early morning or day-before setups (subject to availability) may incur an additional fee.

  • If early setup is arranged, our equipment must not be touched or moved by anyone other than Imn Entertainment staff.

  • If equipment is moved or used without permission:

    • A £50 charge will apply before the event starts.

    • Additional charges will apply for any resulting damage.

  • If something needs to be moved, please contact us on 07895 990 331.

 

6. Overtime

  • Any additional performance time requested on the day may incur an extra fee, payable in cash to the DJ or Photo Booth attendant in advance.

 

7. Smoke & Bubble Machines

  • It is the hirer’s responsibility to confirm with the venue that smoke or bubble machines are permitted before the event.

 

8. Photo Booth & 360 Booth

  • Guests can download their photos at the time of capture.

  • A link to all event photos will be sent within 24 hours after the event.

  • Print-outs are not available at this time.

  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring the responsible use of the Photo Booth or 360 Booth.

  • The hirer is liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse.

  • Children must be supervised while using the Photo Booth.

  • Booths are attended by one or two staff members to ensure safety and guest enjoyment.

 

9. Audio Guest Book Hire

  • Option 1 – Setup by Imn Entertainment

  • £50 deposit required to secure the date.

  • £100 hire fee due after setup.

  • £70 refundable upon collection (if undamaged).

  • Recordings will be provided on a USB stick at collection.

  • Option 2 – Collect & Return

  • Collect the day before your event and return the day after.

  • Proof of ID required (copied and destroyed after equipment return).

  • £50 deposit required to secure the date.

  • £100 hire fee due on collection.

  • £70 refundable upon safe return (if undamaged).

  • Recordings will be provided on a USB stick upon return.

 

10. Insurance

  • Imn Entertainment holds full Public Liability Insurance.

 

11. Agreement

  • By booking with Imn Entertainment, the client confirms that all details provided are accurate and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
